Upon receipt and review of the client's tax information 432395 Ontario Inc., doing business as USA Tax Rebate, will mail the applicant a quotation of the fee to be charged. If the client agrees to retain the services of USA Tax Rebate the fee quoted is the entire final fee. If a tax refund is involved the fee is payable when the United States Government processes your tax refund. If you are filing for United States Tax compliance reasons and no tax refund is involved then the fee is payable in advance. Fees generally run between $150.00 - $900.00 and are always quoted in advance. Non Resident Tax Returns are generally processed by the IRS in 8 - 16 weeks. Once a tax return refund has been issued by the US Government and we have charged your fee no refund will be issued of fees charged. If your tax return does not involve a refund no refund of fees are issued once that tax return is filed with the US Government.

3. Use of Web Beacons or GIF files
USA Tax Rebate's Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons – sometimes also called single-pixel gifs – that allow USA Tax Rebate to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. Some of these Web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications.
